Prisión preventiva para implicado en muerte de chofer en Santiago
El Tribunal de Atención Permanente de Santiago impuso tres meses de prisión preventiva, como medida de coerción, contra Jhovanny de Jesús Metz Cruz, alias Macho, señalado como el principal implicado en la muerte de Deivy Carlos Abreu Quezada, conductor de un camión recolector de basura. El imputado deberá cumplir la medida en el Centro de Corrección y Rehabilitación El Pinito, en La Vega, luego de que el tribunal acogiera la solicitud del Ministerio Público.
