Russia Hits Central Kyiv With Cluster Missile
Russia attacked Kyiv’s historic center with an Iskander ballistic missile carrying a K5 cluster warhead, presidential adviser Serhii Beskrestnov said. He described a weapon designed to disperse 58 explosive elements over a wide area and accused Moscow of targeting civilians. The statement followed an overnight barrage that killed one person and injured at least 24 across the capital.
