"El presidente informó a Witkoff de que, en principio, estamos dispuestos a reanudar las negociaciones tripartitas en torno al 10 de noviembre sobre el asunto más importante: la creación de un sistema de seguridad para Rusia y Ucrania al término del conflicto", dijo Yuri Ushakov, asesor de política internacional del Kremlin.
