Man charged with murder of mother and daughter
Anna-Lisa Paul The Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) has given instructions to charge a 20-year-old man with the murders of Rosanna and Elena Ramlal. The suspect is a close male relative of the victims. The 46-year-old woman and her 17-year-old daughter were found dead at their home at Seventh Avenue, Malick, Barataria, on October 16.
